XANDER GRIFFITH is a math geek with an eye for designer labels, a love of photography, and a fierce need to protect those he loves. He was mesmerized by Julian the moment he laid eyes on him: gorgeous, brilliant, and unabashedly himself. Then he discovered Julian was his good friend’s baby brother and promptly dropped him off at home with the promise to call. But life has a way of getting in the way and it was a promise he had to break. When they meet again, all Xander can see is Greg’s off-limits, much-younger brother.
JULIAN MOORE is a force of nature and everyone loves him (except, perhaps, a certain blond-haired, icy-blue-eyed actuary). The ‘sparkly,’ snarky, white hat hacker finds himself at loose ends after graduate school, when high-level security clearance for a government job takes longer than expected. Far away from his best friend and his boyfriend, and with too much time on his hands, Julian inevitably spends most of his time reading M/M romance novels and hanging out with his brothers’ friends. Of course, that means bumping into that over-privileged, condescending jerk, Xander, at every freaking turn; the man would be completely insufferable if it wasn’t for his sweet, hat-loving dog, Cassius.
Julian and Xander bicker constantly, but the two men call a truce in order to help their friends. Slowly they begin to see each other’s finer qualities and even form a tentative friendship. When Xander discovers Julian is deeply depressed, he launches into action and implements a detailed plan to help his friend’s brother fight his way through the murky gloom. The first step? Move the brat into his condo! It seems like the perfect solution: he certainly has plenty of room, it gets Julian out of his parents’ house, Cassius is head-over-paws in love with Julian, and someone has to keep their friend’s pug from destroying all of Xander’s left shoes.
Their lives begin to fit seamlessly together and both men begin to soon realize their first impressions may have been right, after all.
Love You, Moore is a 110k-word, enemies-to-lovers, second chances, quirky, sweet, MM romance between two sexy geeks. It has a HEA (Happily-Ever-After) ending, no cliff-hangers and, although it is the second book in the Moore Romance series, Love You, Moore can be read as a standalone novel.
Warning: This book contains a few steamy love scenes that are intended for mature readers only and the mention of a suicide.
