The scientific findings document state that physical activities has direct link with mental health and therefore outdoor exercise is considered healthy for managing mental health. The role of sports is also evaluated around improving the surrounding of life and contributes towards improving EQ (Emotional Intelligence). The necessary attributes of outdoor sports and its impact on physical and psychological aspects are evaluated through hypothesis study.
